Eligibility:
~ Must be 18 years of age or older
~ Must Reside in the metro Atlanta area
~ Must meet 80% of AMI (Area Median Income) requirement for the metro Atlanta area
or
~ Must provide a current approval letter or verification of benefits for any of the programs listed below.
To check if your income falls within the 80% AMI income requirements in the State of Georgia, please refer to HUD’s (U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development) Fiscal Year 2026 State Income Limit Summary list below:
Note: Follow the limits for 80%, which is circled in yellow, per how many members in your household.
*Please Note: This is based on gross annual income.
What you need to know before completing the application:
Make sure you have your two most recent pay stubs (if you meet 80% Area Median Income)
or
Your current approval letter/verification of benefits for ONE of the following:
~ SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program)
~ WIC (Women, Infants, and Children)
~ TANF (Temporary Assistance for Needy Families)
~ SSI (Supplemental Security Income)
~ Social Security Benefit
~ Free or Reduced Lunch (National School Lunch Program)
~ Housing Assistance Programs (Housing Choice Vouchers, Rental Vouchers, Public Housing, etc.)
~ Utility Assistance Programs (ex: LIHEAP)
~ EITC (Earned Income Tax Credit)
~ Medicaid
